Twelve finalists from 10 countries are competing for the top accolades, performing one of Chopin’s piano concertos, accompanied by the Warsaw National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under Andrzej Boreyko.
The prizewinners are expected to be announced late at night. The top winner will receive a gold medal and EUR 40,000 in prize money.
